The wild-card riders who will race in this weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang have been unveiled by motorcycle racing's governing body, the FIM.

There is just one addition to the MotoGP class, with Team Suzuki irregular Akira Ryo joining Kenny Roberts in the marque's line-up. The Japanese rider should also have been partnering John Hopkins, but the young American has been suspended for the weekend.

The only other confirmed additions to the entry come in the 250cc category, with Huang Shi Zhao and He Zi Xian, both from China, joining the regular members of the travelling circus. Both have been nominated by the FIM.
