Matt Beebe: Second place as good as a victory...

One of the brightest rising young stars of the British rally scene shows his class with a battling performance against the odds to seize the championship advantage.

From the start of the year we’ve always been concentrating on the championship. We might not be able to beat every car on every stage of every rally, but we know if we can just keep pushing and concentrate on getting to the end of every event, set some good times and get some good results hopefully we can come away with the championship.

Everything’s going according to plan so far. We’re leading the standings halfway through with three rounds down and three to go, so everything’s to play for and hopefully there’s more success to come over the remainder of the season. Let’s bring it on!
