Mark Gamble will use a Peugeot 106 on the Bulldog Rally this coming weekend.

Mark Gamble and co-driver Steve Link return to active competition this coming weekend when they contest the final round of the VK1400 championship, the Bulldog Rally, in a JAM Motorsport-prepared Towergate Insurance backed Peugeot 106.

Gamble and Link, who led both the VK1400 Challenge and the British Rally Championship ‘Stars' category earlier in the year after a string of class wins, have been focusing on working commitments of late.

However they have decided to wheel out a 106 for one of the classics on the British Rally scene.

“I sold off the Citroen C2 a while ago,” explained Gamble, “and have been focusing on running my customer cars.

“I love the Welsh forests though and decided to tackle this weekends rally with Steve just to see how competitive the 106 still is.

“This car was in action on the Trackrod Stars rally two weeks ago. It didn't miss a beat all day long and so we've decided to use it again this weekend,” he added.
