Dani Sordo attends Motocross event and drives his Citroen C4 WRC car.

Citroen number two driver Dani Sordo had the privilege of opening the Madrid 2008 Red Bull X-Fighters Freestyle Motocross competition on Saturday, by putting in a demonstration run in his C4 WRC.

Citroen inked a partnership deal with Red Bull back in March this year and as part of that agreement, Sordo and his co-driver Marc Marti were invited to take part in the event, the fourth round in the series.

Sordo, who is currently fifth in the World Rally drivers' Championship, thoroughly enjoyed his 'laps' and the welcome afforded to both himself and his co-driver, as well as to their Citroen C4 WRC that was resplendent in its Red Bull livery.

In front of around 25,000 fans, Sordo put in a spectacular show, performing several donuts in front of the capacity crowd.

Following his run he stayed on to watch the Motocross riders demonstrate their considerable skills.
