Stobart Ford's Matthew Wilson thinks he is progressing well in the World Rally Championship.

"I am looking forward to Finland now. It seems like it is a while since we have done a rally. It is always a hell of an experience to do Finland. It never fails to get the nerves going as well. It will be good."

Pressed on what he wants to achieve in the remaining seven rounds, he reiterated that the main goal is to keep learning and moving forward.

"Just to keep progressing the way we are really," he summed-up. "There are some good rallies coming up for us, like New Zealand, Japan and Rally GB – all those sorts of events.

"The tarmac rallies are going to be difficult. It is going to be tough on those events and it will be interesting to see what the grip is like with the new control tyres. Hopefully after the first one in Germany though we will get a bit more of a feeling and then Spain and Corsica will be a bit easier. But if we can keep progressing the way we have been I will be happy."
