Toseland: Strong push to stay in SBK - EXCLUSIVE.

James Toseland has revealed that a 'strong push' is underway to keep him in the World Superbike championship next season - despite the Englishman's open admission that he wants a MotoGP ride.

"I want the right bike and the right team to do a good job. I'm at the front of World Superbikes now and I've got used to doing well. That makes me happy, to win races, so I want to do the same in MotoGP. It's a very difficult decision to make, but hopefully one that we can make in three or four weeks time," he added.

Toseland turned down a Pramac d'Antin MotoGP ride at the end of last year due to concerns about the team's competitiveness, a decision he believes was correct despite a podium by Alex Barros at Mugello.
