Nieto leads race spec Suzukis.

Sort Comments:

Nieto leads race spec Suzukis.

Nieto, currently second in the points behind only Troy Bayliss, was the top GSX-R1000 rider in sixth, but just 0.659secs from the pace-setting qualifying-tyre time of Karl Muggeridge.

So we can expect to see the Suzukis start from half way back on the grid and trying to claw it back on the straights where they're faster.
Maybe.
If Valencia's straights are long enough.
Hope the team explain this approach to Yukio so he doesn't do himself a more serious mischief binning it in the corners yet again ;-)

Valencia always a difficult track for Suzukis ???
I remember a gorgeous double win by Troy Corser in 2005, with huge powerslides in the last lap, where it seems to me the Suzuki was, masterfully ridden by Troy, ery efficient...

Mind games, like when Xaus claims the jap bikes are 10kph faster than the Ducatis... It's only the Suzuki which was obviously faster in Qatar.
