How good is Troy Bayliss. When he had to he left them behind.

Bit of a gap to the next Duc. Guess all those people that thought it would be a Ducati cup couldn't have been more wrong.

Well done to Bayliss.

The Eurosport commentators were asking who should replace Bayliss next year - Biaggi is probably in the frame, but I think Colin Edwards would be a good choice. He was going to ride for Yamaha in AMA next year, but the rule changes proposed by DMG make that unattractive.

I beleive Bayliss is in the highest paid seat in bike racing apart from some of the factory MotoGP ones.

How did Karl Muggeridge come in 14th & 19th and Ayrton Badovini 13th & 20th??? Something's gone wrong with it; I'm guessing the 19th & 20th were slips...

Aussies are multi-talented... Badovini was looking to get as much experience as possible out of the race.
