Foggy to race at British GP?

Former four-times WSBK champion and Foggy Petronas team principal, Carl Fogarty, is rumoured to be considering an invitation to race in the Veterans class at the forthcoming British Motocross Grand Prix at Mallory Park.

 2 people disagree.

I'm sure if he does decide to race, he'll be in the
news straightaway claiming he'll win it easily.

Lets just hope it's on a bike that is actually FIM
homologated, unlike the phantom FP1's.

Who cares? I really have very little time for this guy, even if he did fly the flag for Britain in WSBKs. His opinion of himself far exceeds his actual popularity and ability. Hislop, Toseland, Grant,Haslam (R), Dunlop, Hailwood, Shakey,Hodgy, etc have all been more personable and better ambassadors for the sport than this pompous egotistical pillock. The mere fact that his jealousy of Barry Sheene and Sheene's success and popularity is obviously something he just cannot get over is about as sad as it is funny.
