Bayliss put his three crashes behind him saying, “It has been an up and down weekend so far. Three crashes are not ideal but we have learnt from them. The first one was due to ground clearance, the second one the forks bottomed out and the third one the tyre was too hard. To come out on top ahead of Corser means we must be doing something right.”
Yes i agree John he was the slowest in superpole he should start 16th,but that shows what a c*ck he is 3/4 of a second up and crashes!!! but the track looks fantastic for racing and not many over taking places, should be a manic first lap COME ON BAIGGI.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[he was the slowest in superpole he should start 16th]
There's a rule that says that if you crash out of Superpole you only drop one row behind you're original qualifying time, or something similar.

As I said yesterday, you wouldn't bet against a Bayliss double. Corser had a great superpole but I don't think he will be able to sustain for the whole race. It will be between Bayliss and Haga tomorrow. Toseland will lose 20 or so points of his championship lead because when he hasn't got the advantage of the extra Honda horsepower on such a tight twisty circuit he seems unable to hussle the bike.

ejl666...I would look in the mirror before you refer to JT as being a c*ck. A good rider was trying his best to get pole. So why call him that? How was he to know he was already 3/4 second up on the current pole setter's time? Don't forget who is leading the World Championship either!

If JT hadn't had a mechanical problem at Donnington Park, if Nori Haga wasn't taken out at Misano by Biaggi, blah, blah, blah. There are excuses a plenty for all the leading contenders, but it is all part of racing. Sometimes you get the breaks (ask JT in '04), sometimes you dont!

well said mononuke, as Julian Ryder says in MotoGP... the word "if" should be banned in bike racing!
