Looking ahead to the 'new' Misano, it's quite bumpy now. The grip is quite good, the asphalt they've used is good, but it looks like they just went over the top of the old asphalt and left the bumps in. Some corners are okay but half a dozen of the corners are very bumpy. We seem to feel them a little bit more than on the four-cylinders because the frame is a bit more rigid than the Ducati, which seems to go over the bumps a little bit easier.

But I quite like the layout of the track, although it's a little twisty and slow and not like the old Misano used to be. The opposite direction feels a bit strange when you're riding in and out of pitlane, but once you go out it's just another track. We've got the bike working well there so I think we're looking strong.

I'm supposed to be attending the Isle of Man TT celebrations for a day or two. I'm not too sure. I know Nori [Haga's] definitely got to go and do some sort of dinner thing. I've got to go down to Valencia later in the month and do a riding school which I think Nori got out of! I sort of traded off the TT for that I think!
