Pedercini has ended its long Ducati association to form a partnership with PSG-1, and use '07 factory Kawasakis, next year.
25-year-old Iannuzzo - a former Superstock champion, but yet to make an impact in the premier-class - is Pedercini's first confirmed signing and will test for the team at
Jerez in mid-December.
"Both me and the team have wanted this agreement strongly," said the Italian. "I have the opportunity to return to SBK, riding a motorbike which I consider to have a big potential and which I was at my ease on during this season. I trust that this is the turning point of my career. I want to pay off the team which has trusted in me at a time when many people thought [my career] was over."
"I'm really glad to have Vittorio in my team," added Donato Pedercini. "I think he has excellent potential; unfortunately he rarely has had the opportunity to show it. Together, we would like to run a great season, in which we are permanently towards the front."
Briton Dean Ellison was Pedercini's only full time rider last season.
