Third Ten Kate rider Kenan Sofuoglu will return to action this weekend after withdrawing from the Monza round following the death of his brother in a racing accident in Turkey.

"I am happy to be back on the track after a hard time. I have had a lot of personal problems over the last week on top of the problems with my riding," said the reigning World Supersport champion. "There has been some improvement in my last races, I just need to be more consistent. Like all the riders I will have to start from zero again on this new track.

"I hope this will be the race in which I can quickly built up on the improvement and chase a good result. I like riding a fast track like this, it suits my riding style," he declared.
