Defending champion ready to kick-start title defence.

"Brazil is usually the hottest race on the calendar, where temperatures in the car can reach up to 60°C, so it's definitely a tough test to start with. [However] It is fun going to Curitiba as the fans there are so enthusiastic. I appreciate that Augusto is their favourite, but they still give the rest of us a warm welcome. Obviously the other teams want to beat the World Champion, but I start every year with a clean sheet and feel that I am under the same pressure as everyone else.

"I won here in 2006 and I like the track but it will be interesting to see how we shape up against the rest of the grid, particularly the turbo diesels."
