Hamilton probably is faster in the dry under confident conditions, Rosberg is probably better than Alonso and Vettel though, definitely faster than Alonso, better overall with respect to Vettel.

Fairly easy to be Fast, not so easy to be Quick.

Well I reckon next year best Drivers/Team, would comprise of Kimi & Seb - both quick.

They also seem to be the drivers enjoying it immensley!
