How anyone can consider JT anything but a lackey is beyond me, he has been at Ferrari and is now. He had more autonomy at Ferrari, the position he holds now requires him being a lackey to all. It was in the cards when he took on the job.

The lawyers are probably looking at the ramifications of cutting one of the teams totally out of the money. Deciding how a participant can be left out in the cold.
