Great to see Rossi has a good sense of humour! He was beaten finished 3 rd and has a laugh about it. There are not very many from that mould. As a Rossi fan if he is winning on occasion, getting on the podium I am happy.
Marquez is too young and too fast at the moment.

Lolo i have to agree with some people that comment that Marquez like to copy some historical moves, even in admited that he really crossover because he new he could, Wille with Rossi was really a mistake and was one intence battle that was gone for a lot of laps, here was more a bit of OHH aim really faster then him and he toke the optortunity on that place, was not like he was braking hard and fail the brake, was more rossi block ok i go this way.. anyway like Rossi say he was a lot faster, Rossi couldn t do nothing!!

Rossi: I think today was not the right day to fight with Marc, because he was too fast for me. But for sure before the end of the season we will have another chance to fight, where I will be faster!”

Looking forward to that Vale. He's confident. He has something in mind.

Great moment in modern GP history, we are seeing the "old" ruler reluctantly but not begrudgingly, giving up his throne to the new ruler.

What makes it so great is that they are both full of enjoyment for each encounter regardless of who comes off better as they can both understand and accept that only one can finish infront of the other in any battle.

Great moment, great riders and what a great year it has been so far with 5 riders (mathematicaly anyway) with a shot at the title at the half way mark of the season.

Rossi must remember on 2008 battle, the most awesome and greates fighter was Stoner, why?
because Stoner rode the Duke .... can you imagine if other rider rode the Duke at that time, there was no epic battle ... and Rossi never got any credit from that fight :)
and what can be done by Rossi there with the Duke?

That's a strong statement of intent by Rossi on the last sentence!

Is the Rossi we know and love about to emerge more closely back to his old self?

He surprised me today, I didn't expect his pace to be as high as it was today as the Honda's were so strong!

There was a fundamental difference between Rossi's 08 move and Marquez's move. Rossi took an advantage from his off-track move, Marquez simply held the position he had, and besides, Rossi ran him off the track.

The rules are clear, a rider "must not take an advantage" where they leave the track. Rossi's 08 move was illegal because he used it to make a pass, but Marquez's move was legal.

He always makes good theatre though, so we won't let the facts ruin the entertainment...
