I feel for Massa but it seems he will be remembered as a driver who didn't deliver when paired with Alonso which is a shame.

The guy was the best second driver any team can ask for... ruining his drive by testing new parts for the team or to protect the driver #1 from his opponents and etc. The sacrifices he's done for Ferrari are only comparable to those done by Barrichello when driving alongside Schumacher. The difference being that Massa actually has the pace to challenge his team mate every now and then... probably much more often than we get to see since Ferrari won't allow him to.

I still hope they'll retain him but in case they don't, I'd like a team like Lotus to sign him up for at least one season so we get to see what he can do as a #1 driver once again. He only had that status for less than half a season and he nearly won the championship (2008).

Is Alonso starting to think he's bigger than the team?
These latest comments are making me think he needs a nice kick up.the ass..!!!
Bring in Kimi, and make Ferdi number 2 driver..!!!

I wonder...

If Kimi were to move to Ferrari, would Alonso go to Lotus? I mean, they were the team that got him two titles. But then again, Alonso IS the highest paid F1 driver, and Lotus don't have that kind of money.

Decisions, decisions...

Sadly, Massa's time at Ferrari is over. Facts are starting to play in and it's bad for Massa.

I would have miksed feelings for Kimi going to Ferrari. I would like to see him there as i dont believe Lotus can keep up in the race with new rule changes. Kimi would be the fastest Ferrari can get.

If Kimi doesent get it, I seriosly hope Hulkenberg gets hes change. Hes shown every now and then that he has the speed needed in top teams especially if they dont want another top first driver. Hes the next guy in line after the "greats" Kimi, Alonso, Vettel etc.

And if Hulk doesent get the ride I seriously hope that it goes anyone else than Massa. When the pressure is on, Massa has couple of desent races and gets to keep hes seat. This has gone 3 years now, the situation is not gonna change. This is not the same Massa as in when he was Kimis team mate. He seems nice guy and I wish all the best to him, but he doesent have it anymore to be racing Ferrari in F1.

Something at the back of my mind tells me that they will keep Massa on and put him alongside Raikkonen. Luca doesnt seem to like Alonso according to recent events and reports. I could well be wrong.
