Another so called racing incident by Alex!!! just like the James Ellison one at Oulton park!!! but isn't it strange he didn't call the incident with Sofuoglu at Silverstone a racing incident and hung around that ginger TV presenter trying to get his 2P worth in!!! Shakey is a much more worthy racer and why isn't Alex penalised for his poor racing behaviour, like Alex said at the podium at Silverstone this is a non contact sport... I rest my case, the organisers need to deal with him before someone gets hurt...

Hopefully Lowes is penalised for that..."optimistic" was the comment on Eurosport, bloody dangerous says the sane people. I sincerely hope Lowes doesn't get the championship this year, hopefully by the time I finish typing the stewards have done what is correct.

Battle-lines drawn as Lowes edges Byrne
These were the headlines after race one.

Get over it, get on with it, the flags have been raised and the trophies handed out, any decision to change the results is way to late

He'd already pulled off that move twice, this time Byrne had a tighter line and there was no room. Should he have anticipated there wasn't the gap that was there previously? Maybe.. It's easy to criticize from the sofa but in the heat of the moment these things happen.
It was unfortunate for Byrne, but they were both pulling some very close moves all day, you could say it was bound to happen at some point.

@Gilles
had to smile when I read that

No it isn't, what i'm saying is they've had the time during the race to throw the flag at Alex, any reation now would be to little to late,

I think his reaction says it all , poor move and took shakey out . I'm a little disappointed with race control , why take so long to make a decision , if this would have been anyone else apart from title fighter it would have been all done and dusted during the race , they had enough time !!!!!
