Not been unkind but perhaps hire a web designer, the bugs from years ago still persist, the min character level doesn't work, smiles are still broken etc, I still get emails to my account despite clicking the options no to be emailed about topic notifications, and the site doesn't remember them....oh and the aiCache farce which rears it's head from time to time and ruins the user experience.

I'd like Taipan's nephew to get the job, he seems particularly effective at ensuring that a certain subset of fanboys get to fully understand and appreciate the frustrations of F1.

So you want someone that is multi-lingual, has motorsport contacts, and a journalism degree to work for £18k? Last time I checked people with those credentials and contacts tend to be the ones in the industry, not the ones that want to be in it.
