Ah, I thank you Alonso; I was wondering where the next diva of F1 would appear from, now that M Schumacher has exited stage left.

What a jumped up ars$-wipe of a premadonna he is... never rated him much...good driver but not much better than anyone else in the same car...

I've got to say; how many other drivers have said the very same thing, only to switch teams after the season ends? It's either the truth, or good PR so that Massa doesn't lose his seat to Badoer for the last three races - which could be a remote possibility given that Ferrari are almost certainly give Kimi 'No. 1' status for the last 3 since he's a better long shot to do it than Massa. Althought Kimi & Alonso in the same team just doesn't seem like a dream team that would gel well for the good of the whole team. And in the same breath, Massa & Alonso woun't gel either, given the couple of terse exchanges in the post race room, before they've taken to the podium.

Poor Ralfie - I feel it's not so much a question of "where will he go?" but more along the lines of "who would want him?" Let's face it, even the lower teams won't *want* him, but he may end up there by spending some of his money he's stashed away from his obscene salary while at Toyota. I'm wondering if anyone at Toyota got fired for that return on investment!

Spot on there Richard! Max is projecting his paternal hate on to those he really, dearly loves. Expect a tearful reunion on the Jeremy Kyle show in the new year, slated to have the tag line; "I was a 3 time champ, and you would never say you 'Loved Me'".

Actually Mike (Hart) I'm not a Massa or Kimi fan; I've been faithfully (but unrewarded) rooting for Button and Coultard, despite the futility of it. Not rooting for a win (obviously, or I would need locking up) but for better point finishes as the season progresses. Plus I ended my "An admission of guilt" with a '?' I feel Maclaren were guilty of *something* and were punished; they also realise the futility of things and so decided to not waste their energy with an appeal. They'd rather spend that energy removing all traces of the 'red car' technology from their 2008 car! [That was a joke, before any one flames me!]

An admission of 'guilt'? I read this press release the following way: They know they'll lose, given the evidence, so why bother. I do applaud them however for *not* dragging this out to be an ugly legal battle.

I agree, Kirk. He's lied, cheated, shown two faced arrogance and is a hypocrite. I can imagine he's a right little diva..."I'm not driving until I have 14 fresh white cotton bath towels, exactly 20oz of green seedless grapes, {insert rest of outlandish diva requests here}..."

WOW - Mclaren Not only caught with their pants down, but their hands on a stiff one too! I'm not a 'red car' fan, but it looks like Mclaren got (the fine & loss of points) what was due. Shameful.
