WSBK » Edwards: Ducati quit over regulations

...cont As for Kawasaki's relative performances in WSBK, that is more to do with how the big K makes its 4-cylinder race bikes than any rule changes. Bearing in mind, Yamaha, Aprilia, Honda and even Suzuki have all won championships recently with 4-cylinder engined bikes and the fact that all the manufacturers are so close in terms of performance speaks volumes for the series (and the rules).

WSBK » Edwards: Ducati quit over regulations

@fan. Hi, I think the problem Ducati had/have is that they feel they cannot sustain reliability and performance within the current rules. They (Ducati) want to race a twin as you say it's their heritage. So, with that in mind the current bike is reaching it's limit under these rules. I personally see nothing wrong with different weight limits and cc's for different engine configurations as long as there is a level "performance" at the end of it. However there is also no doubt Ducati have benefited from the rules in the past and only recently have the rules evened out advantages.

MotoGP » Sheene and Hunt – When Playboys Ruled the World

Buttmuncher, why do you refer to yourself in the 3rd person, are you a brand? You're certainly 100% ar**hole. What doesn't surprise me is that yet again you've dragged another thread down to your level. What started out as a thread on a great bloke has *again* been ruined by you. (I'm talking about dozens of other threads now that you have taken upon yourself to launch cheap crap at) If you want someone to play with you, go find that 4 year old. You're well matched.
