How any of you so called race fans can laugh when Danni bites the dust is beyond me. We all like to see our "God" Rossi win but what most of us love so much about this sport is the talent & skill all of our heroes possess. They are all so talented it is untrue, and without there total commitment we wouldn't have a race. As I think I said in one of the other threads, don't write off anyone of the top five for the championship next year I.E Casey, Danni, Rossi, Lorenzo, or Dovi because on equal tyres next year, consistency will be the key and if everything is working well for any of these guys, it's anybody's title. Bring it on, and may they all stay on two wheels as long as possible.

I gotta admit, you lot make me laugh, the comments said by any of the top riders after qualifying and or a race, are just that, comments about how they actually perceive things have gone for them. You can adjust them and twist them however you like, but despite what you all think of Casey, the way he rides that Ducati, when all around him struggle to get it in to the top ten (ellias recent finishes excluded) must be applauded very loudly indeed. Love him or hate him he sure can make that thing go fast when everything is working right & oh yes his wife is beautiful !!! Don't write him off too soon, If that Ducati is sorted he'll be back next year for sure.

Andrew, do you not realise how different the four cylinder Honda is to ride when you've spent the last couple of years on a Ducati. That doesn't mean Haslam has a lack of talent or is a slow starter, it just goes to prove there is a period of transition and having to adapt an understanding of the different riding styles to perfect. Believe me you will eventually be convinced.

Dovi is a class act, as he proved on that underpowered 250 Honda, but those that think he will blow away Danni, might have a shock. Danni, Lorenzo, Rossi, Dovi & Casey are all capable of winning the title next year, and it will all come down to consistency. Why are these boys so fast on an 800 ?? Simple really they are all ex 250 bods, and now the 800's are so light they carry more corner speed like a 250, something that all these guys are more than comfortable with. Roll on 2009, there will of course only be one winner, but with consistency as a factor, it could well be anyone of these super gods. If the one make tyre rule comes in then who knows what will happen.

You know what, potentially five brits in WSBK, Xaus & now Corser on BMW's, Biaggi on an Aprillia & Haga on a Ducati and a load more seats to be filled, how much better can it get !!!!!!!! As I think I said in a post on the crutchlow story, this season hasn't even finish and I can't wait for the end of February next year. GOD I HATE WINTER But I reckon I'm gonna love next summer. Yeeh Ha
