Whilst I don't think cheats should be allowed to prosper this is clearly the right judgement and just shows the FIA to be what most of us already believed. If they had followed their own rules and not allowed Max to have his personal vendetta then they could have kept Flav out of the sport forever. FFS the guy should be drawing his pension so why the ridiculously heavy handed "lifetime" ban when 10 years would have done the trick!

Not meaning to put a dampner on things, and good luck to the guy, but I think Brazil particularly he was lucky to have avoided carnage, only managing to cause it for Nakajima! I'm not convinced that the 2 races so far are much to go by - we have seen it before when people only shine when they have something to prove. Time will tell.

I reckon Fisi would do better this year as in his head he is now an elder statesman there to help lift the team, rather than a jaded 2nd rate driver who never quite lived up to expectation. That alone would boost his own morale.
