F1 » Marko backs Austrian GP as Valencia plots return

My lasting memory was when Sato crashed the Jordan (not his fault for once) and Eddie Jordan was interviewed looking very worried as he had seen the TV pictures that looked like someone was trying to restart Sato's heart, but with the benefit of a bigger screen at home it was clear that it was someone just squeezing out fluids from a drip bag. I actually felt some sympathy for Eddie that day.

F1 » Rolex named official F1 timekeeper

So they also sponsor Grand Am and the Daytona 24hour? What about Le Mans - surely more significant to us? Anyway, I was of the belief that all the timekeeping is done pretty much by one company who supply all the transponders etc and the watch manufacturers just add their names. All pretty meaningless then?

F1 » Senna targets points-scoring drive

So how long should a driver be given to prove himself? Senna's had 1 full season - is that enough? Can drives with HRT and Lotus be used as a juudge? Remember Fisichella was doing very well in the Force India to then go to Ferrari for a few races and did dreadfully - he even made Badoer look less of a Bad doer!

F1 » Senna targets points-scoring drive

I can't say I agree with you Tunde. I don't think HRT-esque is anywhere close to Senna's race performances which have been generally fine. His problem has been that his races have pretty much all been compromised by poor qualifying performances. Is that down to lack of running in FP1? Who knows? I reckon Kobi deserves another shot, possibly Kovi and Sutil, though not sure about Algie or Buemi, nor Heidfeld. Sato would be welcome though!
