BSB » Jessopp returns to BSB, switches to BMW

Martin is a very quick lad - just look at his race pace in BSB and at Macau - I think he was 2nd for the last two years and also pretty tidy in the NW200, so he can ride. His mega leg break came just at the wrong time for him as he was flying on the Duke. Not sure why he did not do so well in world supersport - maybe new tracks, who knows. It will be interesting to see how he goes on the beemer but for me I wish him all the best. Mog #52

BSB » Farmer inspired by BSB champion Byrne

Keith is an exceptionally talented and fast lad - I have had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of times, plus hid dad, brother and crew - they are super genuine guys who simply love their racing, regardless of the series they are in. A very humble guy who deserves all the success - good luck next season Keith. Must say, well done to Paul Bird for seeing the talent so early in SS600 and supportig him. Mogster

BSB » MSS Kawasaki boss unsure of BSB return

Real shame as Nick runs an excellent team on a very tight budget. If Birdy moves to MGP full time, I wonder if Nick will get the Kawasaki backing/support full time again? I truly hope Nick secures budget as with Swan Yamaha off, WFR quitting,(Rob Mac still out), the grid will be very light - potentially up to 7 bikes less, or 9 if Birdy goes. Best to all concerned

MotoGP » MotoGP to honour Marco Simoncelli at Sepang

The weekend is going to be hard on all involved and obviously, those closest to Marco, his family, friends, fellow riders and fans. I was fortunate to work in malaysia in January, so I got to pay my own quite respects to the big man. A terrible, terrible accident that robbed us of another true hero. Say hello to all of the other racing heroes with you marco, we miss everyone one of you. God bless RIP 58 Mog 52

BSB » Harris back to his best with Quattro Plant

Karl has had bags of natural talent, probably more than most, but seemed to get "distracted" for a few years and never seemed to be 100% focused. Would love to see him at the pointy end, like he did in SS600, and use the talent wisely - would hate for him to be like Sean Emmett, on the of the most naturally gifted riders who never realised his potential. Good luck bomber.

BSB » Gowland, WFR Honda part ways

A hugely talented rider, who can forget him at the sharp end of the timesheets last year at Brands GP on worn tyres on the evo bike, simply stunning. Like many sports, Racing is so much about confidence, when you have it, you ride can ride a minger fast, when you havent, it just runs away from you and makes the confidence worse. I really hope we see him again as he is such a genuinely fast guy. Good luck Grahame Mog

MotoGP » Cal Crutchlow celebrates first MotoGP podium

Well done Cal, qualified superbly, rode a mature race and got a well deserved podium. If Stoner had raced, he may have beaten Cal, if Spies stayed upright he may have beaten him, if Hayden had been fit he may have beaten him, if rossi did not have an oil leak he may have beaten him.... And as Colin Wright always says, if my aunty had a pair of nuts, she would be my uncle. He was top satellite today - beating Dovi, Bradl, Bautista, lets celebrate that. Mog There are no if's or buts in sport, he got a thoroughly deserved 3rd, end of.

WSBK » Tom Sykes hits back at Lascorz critics

I used to race in Supersport and like other riders, I have seen people get seriously hurt and killed. All of us act differently and deal with it in our own way, as we all do with serious events that touch our lives. For me, Tom, or any other rider, does not need to give any explanation, because it is personal to them. We can all probably recall a sad or traumatic event and will remember that some showed a lot of emotion, others, a less - same pain, different way of dealing with it. For me, what matters is Joan, his family, his friends and colleagues, lets not create a issue that does not exist, this shows a lack of respect to all. My thoughts for the best recovery possible Joan Mogster
