Great ride from Casey, 46 just wasn't fast enough round here.

Best bits about this race:
- The rain yesterday, that was pretty exciting :)
- Eurosport showed it LIVE :-o

Honestly. The best thing Dorna could do (to save costs too) would be to ditch the 800's and pull out the old 990's from 2006. Ban rider aids.

How sweet would that be :D

Agree with other comments that something doesn't add up here. For weeks the offer has been £4m, now suddenly £12m appears from nowhere just as Brawn lose Button? Also, talking to another team isn't a breach of contract. Brawn have Rosberg contracted for 2010 (unconfirmed but it's an open secret) and must have negotiated with him to get that. Rosberg is a Williams driver, so was he breaching his contract to do that deal? Of course not. Every driver talks to other teams when their current contract comes to an end. Button has bad form on this area as well in the past. If anything, I would think that he'd know what not to do from that whole event, but you never know.

£50k fine? WTF? So they are innocent, but we'll fine them anyway? As usual, makes no sense.

Why does this rule exist? I can't see the reason...

I think it's great. It'll be so tough getting in (as surely everyone in the FIA who currently benefits would want JT on the throne), but if he somehow manages it, we'd have a democracy. Saying that, you need an element of dictating to the teams. They will never agree with each other for very long, so a bit of both will probably be the best.

Well they are a private team. But they are big enough/financed well enough to be called a big team :)

Wasn't BAR going really fast in 04 or 05 under Willis's development before they dropped him? Then they dropped right back. Hope that doesn't happen again. It's great having the private teams (if you can call RB a private team) showing some proper pace.

Haha, someone's got a sense of humour, Sutil and Fisi currently way out in front :o Gotta be Button for me. He's upped his game this year right when he got the good car - just when you need to up your game. Vettel is great as ever, but he's made some mistakes, such as Monaco/Australia. He's probably the fastest overall, but the most complete so far is def Button.

I'd like to see Cal on the factory Yamaha SBK, Sykes to Suzuki. Just don't know about Kagayama :-(

Great news. Now you've got less than a year to do pretty much the whole thing, so get on with it!
