Shame that France has lost a GP (big Euro audience) but I'm glad to see Magny go. Not a great track and miles from anywhere. Surely they can use a good track from France? Run it in June on the full Le Mans circuit

Agreed Tim. Can't understand so many posters say "you can't say that, who are you to say *insert whatever*". If an ex-racing driver can't comment, who the hell can? All the armchair racer know-it-alls on this forum?! Maybe JYS says a lot, but he's still a 3 time world champ. Alonso - Awesome driver, prima donna, wants a Ferrari badly. Still a great driver

Eeep. This sounds like similar stuff to what Rossi got involved with. Except Rossi claimed his tax for the UK as his "home" (where he was actually living at the time), before relenting and paying off all his Italian tax. If Castro concealed the stuff on purpose...

Wud be interesting to see her in F1, but there are more deserving drivers in IRL to have the opportunity. Remember Justin Wilson struggled in F1 and is generally much faster than Danica round road/street courses. There are no ovals in F1.

An "eco" racing car is a bit of a puzzler.....a bit like low-fat chocolate! However, it''s good to see Citreon are trying and are working on ways of making their racing cars more efficient. That''s a better way of describing it really. A more efficient WRC car, not an eco car. It''s still a 4wd, 300bhp monster!

Great win from Alonso - fast all weekend and deserved it. Great idea to start on the soft tyres too, why did nobody else do this?! Red Bull made a great call on the pit stops, but managed to fudge it up elsewhere. Ham-Ham was very lackluster behind DC, but good everywhere else. Would have loved to see Rosberg win it, but 2nd with a stop/go is still pretty awesome. Nice result
