MotoGP » Stoner soars to Misano victory, Rossi stops.

I guess I'm confused about all this Rossi whining, and "Ducati Domination" talk. Ducati qualified 1-13-17-19. Honda qualified 3-6-11-15 (Gresini and factory), Yamaha 2-9-11-16 (Tech 3 and factory), Suzuki 5-8, and Kawasaki 4-10. Ducati had the lowest average starting spot of all five manufacturers. So much for domination. Stoner just plain rode better then everyone else. The other three Bridgestone shod Ducati's were sucking wind and off the back. The King (Doctor) is dead, Long live the new King!

MotoGP » Rossi hits rock bottom.

What's with all this level playing field BS. Michelin and Bridgestone both operate under the same rules, Dunlop doesn't. Look how much good it's done Dunlop (Sarcasm Off/). Rossi is clearly the best rider of the post 500cc era without peer. In their prime I still think Doohan was better, given every race he won was on a 500. A much more difficult bike to ride consistently. Having sad that MotoGP is about the package. Rider, bike, tires, and technology. Ducati is now doing it better on a smaller budget then the big four. Rather then whining about Rossi, you should all be giving Stoner and Ducati a pat on the back. :)

MotoGP » Rossi hits rock bottom.

Rossi needs to quit complaining about the tires. He was on the same rubber as Hayden and Pedrosa and finished well behind. Right now he's on an inferior machine and is having a hard time dealing with it. Those at the top will continue to change. If money spent guaranteed a championship Honda would win every year. Ducati is a long way from having the biggest budget on the track. Kudo's to Stoner and Ducati. They are currently the best.
