The real problem lies with Yamaha. Yamaha is the one with another terrible year, and there's only so much rossi can do to make it up. Yamaha didn't do their homework this year because they thought Rossi and Jeremy would do their homework for them and win the championship as in 2004, 2005 and almost 2006 (2007 example, lack of top speed. What is Yamaha thinking?). Also, many of you guys are blind about the fact that the tire rule IS bad. Its either a michelin race or bridgestone race. I dont care if you're a rossi fan or not, when has rossi finished worse than 30 sec? Stoner is having a great year as Hayden did last year. Hopefully Yamaha got their game on with this new upcoming engine.

Hayden wont do any better with this bike as well because we can all see that all the new Hondas' are built for Pedrosa. But Hayden is a fighter and will do his best to overcome this obstacle. Show'em how its done 69!!!

All riders with their would've, could've, should've is all talk. These lap times really dont matter because all the field is not together, especially Rossi, am i right? I mean, every GP rider (yes, that includes all you Rossi hating fans out there) looks at Rossi's times to see where they fare in order to say, "phew, at least im at race pace with Rossi". :)

Its strange, with all their experience in motogp racing, all of a sudden, they cant make a good tire for one season after many years of success? or was it the fact that they could no longer bring tires overnight? Rossi made the smart move by switching to bridgestone, but I like the Michelin Pilot sport tires on my bike better =)

There is no rider who can expect to win on a Yamaha right now, only Rossi. Poor Lorenzo and JT, their skills will not shine with the M1. (But i hope im wrong)

Rossi's move to Michelin/Bridgestone sounds the same as his Honda/Yamaha switch in 2004, with a lot of critics (Rossi haters) out there.....but not me, perhaps Rossi needed another challenge perhaps? GO ROSSI!!!!!!!

Does anybody know if Rossi is using the 'new' engine for this race, compared to the old engine in Phillip Island he was using, where Rossi was no where near the front?
