F1 » Hamilton ‘very shocked’ by team order

I don't believe in team orders, there shouldn't be any. You could accuse the team of "fixing" the race. In other sports that results in some sort of a penalty, even being unlawful. Stop all the team orders, and stop fixing the races. They are racers, if Rosberg couldn't get past Hamilton under his own steam, then he is not the better racer. Lewis, in my opinion you did right to ignore team orders, good on you.

MotoGP » Scott Redding pulls out of TT appearance

Totally agree with Scott Redding, The bikes are too fast for road racing these days, even experienced competitors like Gary Johnson crash, a real surprise to me, but thank goodness he's only got minor injuries and will be OK. Those walls, trees etc are very unforgiving. No nice gravel traps there. The accidents to Tomizawa and Simoncelli were freak accidents, which do happen occasionally at circuits, but they are so much safer than racing on narrow public roads between walls, hedges, trees and houses. My best racing friend started doing the TT in 2012, and I hate it. OK the racers know the risks but I think they put them to the back of their minds, it's the families and friends who suffer. I'm so nervous when he's out on the circuit, I watch live timing and can't wait for him to get to the next timing point. You can all keep the TT who want it, but I sure don't, I was never interested in the TT until my friend started doing it, and just wish he wouldn't.

MotoGP » Crutchlow unsurprised by Lorenzo Ducati link

Garcia: Why would Lorenzo go to Ducati?? Why? Not for the money, Honda can offer him the same or more. Not for a better ride, that's for sure. Maybe he doesn't enjoy the idea of being Marquez's team mate, and possibly second rider at Honda?? If so he would stay at Yamaha. I just can't see any one reason at all for him to want to go to Ducati. Zero. Doesn't make sense.
To prove he can do better than Rossi did?
