6 agree.
There seems to be a total absence of logic in Max's proposal. I know I wont have enough room here to really express myself, but here goes. I live in the land of One Make Racing from the highest level of racing to the lowest. The IRL is Formula Honda, NASCAR is Formula Saloon Car, Grand Am racing is Formula Roller Skate! The lower levels (FBMW, IPS and Formula Atlantic)are all single chassis/motor/tire combinations which is where it should be. The highest form of development and technology MUST NOT be bastardized into another spec racing series! That is not what Formula ONE is supposed to be! The ALMS and Le Mans may be the only High Tech racing left!

Politics? There have alway been politics involved in Formula One...They seem to have been escalated since the days of Enzo holding his breath until the FIA came around to his way of thinking. While I wasn't happy with the manufacturers politics, I thought the intra team politics between Fernando and Lewis were riveting! Add Kimi's, "Oh, poor me." whimpering to the mix and it became even more interesting. Egos built up and egos crushed. At least there was no bulking up or performance enhancing drugs or illegal dog fighting involved with Formula One!

Aguri future in doubt?
1 agrees.
1 disagrees.
The last "customer car," to win a Grand Prix was Jo Siffert when won the Grand Prix of England at Brands Hatch in 1968 driving Rob Walker's Lotus 49B. the last "customer car," to race in Grands Prix was a Lotus 79 driven by Hector Rebacque in 1979. I know I can't tell you my web site but being older than dirt, I have a rant on about "customer cars."

Well, having been spanked by the lightly regarded Super Best Friends last year. you can understand Honda's unwillingness to continue the relationship. As Alice said. Curiouser and Curiouser...

Alonso deal confirmed.

FA left renault because they couldn't decide if they wanted compete in F1 any more and bounced around with their decision. Fernando needed a job so he took the next available seat and the wads of cash. If Nelsinho even comes close to being a threat... GB
