It's really time to stop all this idiocy, backbiting and litigation. The World Council is patently incapable of acting consistently and should be replaced by an independent panel of judges that have no connection with motorsport. In addition ALL litigants and anyone connected with the FIA should be barred from speaking on matters that are sub-judice

I applaud the MSA in refraining from any comments prior to the EGM. I trust that Max Mosley will also act in a dignified manner and, prior to the meeting, refrain from any contact/lobbying with those who will pass judgement on him. In many other organisations he would have been suspended pending a hearing and denied any contact with other members of the organisation.

2 months?! Laughable...... but gives plenty of time for even more revelations!

The FIA has shown in 2007 that it will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour in the sport. Now it has a real opportunity to take a lead by making it clear that racism in all sports will not be tolerated. The Spanish government should take immediate action against these people by charging them with hate crimes. If they are unable to do this, then F1 should leave Spain immediately

Bernie's greed again! I go to Silverstone several times a year, mainly working in the pits. Fabulous circuit, great facilities, positively cavernous pit garages. Perhaps Bernie would prefer Mallory or Knockhill ??!!

It's time the FIA radically overhauled its judicial procedures. I would suggest that they adopt the same rules as civil courts so that they can be seen to be open and unbiased. Comments about matters that are "sub judice" by FIA officials and interested parties should be treated as a contempt.

Once again the President of the FIA has declared his total impartiality in judicial matters!
