Here''s to next year Nicky!
There are few races coming up that he''s always been good at, so let''s hope Michelin can get it together and give Hayden a couple more podium finish in his last few races with Honda. For all his loyalty he gave them through his years, Honda lost a good one! But I guess it was the bike development that dictates a lot of the rider''s placement. Dani is more of an ideal rider for the Honda, and if Dani can win races with it, of course Honda will support him. But they burnt their bridges with Nicky, for sure. It''s going to be funny thinking of Nicky as anything other than a Honda man.

Let''s hope that Ducati is a beast again next year!

motomad, in the eastern United States, Indy is the only real place fit enough to hold a MotoGP race. And Indianapolis is more than 50 years old. It's got bucket loads of history and for most drivers worldwide it is on the top of their list of winning at (the oval anyways). Even Vale said he was quite emotional riding out of the pits for the first time. Just be glad only the start/finish line is made of bricks and not the entire track like it used to!

I understand them changing the first few corners to better suit the MotoGP bikes, but after that they should of kept the original road course. It had a much better flow as Casey said and a much better radius at what was once turn 5, now turn 6 I believe. Thankfully from the back straight on they kept it the same. Let's hope we don't see as much rain tomorrow and Saturday. Indy deserves to have a packed house!

rbr46, I'm sure the actual surface parts they race on are free from grass and major cracks. The rest of the circuit that they don't touch is in pretty bad shape though, a characteristic of Indianapolis. Kush, didn't you know? Youth = Invincibility!

I never knew it rained so much in Australia! Those were some treacherous conditions. Especially those puddles. Deadly stuff. Did any of you see Casey''s crash in FP1? I never saw a rider crash on his chest like that. A fine example of those back protectors hard at work. Unfortunately another lackluster home grand prix for the Americans again. Good to see a variety of riders on the rostrum, though.

If the guy in front of you messes up in the second chicane, the corner after that is a good place to pass. Can't wait to see what happens with all this drama worldwide!

Haha! And I think Colin would actually do it! I hope he wins just to see that. And Vale? Well, I think he has a much better chance of winning than Colin, and with 68 wins already, that spontaneity after a race just isn''t there anymore. Colin would definitely do something worth wile with a win at Indy. Hey, this is MotoGP, you never know!

WTF Willy? A rider signs onto a MotoGP seat, of course this is news! It's good to see Alex will be back next year. The more Italians the better! He just needs to be a little more consistent on the winning side of things.

Unfortunately for John, I think his best chance for a win was last year with Suzuki, which was his best year yet. I hope he can get a win though before he retires in a few years. How and when? I have no idea.
