WSBK » Perfect Rea on top of the world

I almost hate to bring this up, but after reading the article about "cheater" frames on Motomatters, I sort of wonder if Honda is making the most of this kind of thing before the proper enforcement comes into effect. Not to take anything from Johnny -- he's riding superbly atm, and stomping his teammate -- just food for thought.

F1 » Renault recovery 90% complete

This is part of why I don't like the engine freeze (or a mandated engine format, but that's a different debate). Extenuating circumstances always allow for non-enforcement of this "rule" and it's kind of dumb. It's not like the manufacturers aren't spending money on developments anyway, and the allowed ones are stupidly small and cost inefficient.

WSBK » WSBK Imola - Race results (2)

I've been told for years how great, underrated, and under-supplied Leon Haslam is, and he just can't ever catch a break. I'm progressively getting more and more skeptical of this kind of talk, especially when his teammate doubles up on a bike generally considered uncompetitive. I know posting this earlier will make me just look like a hater, but I find my point is more evident after this race.

F1 » Button: Two experienced drivers would be best

Am I the only one who finds it a bit pedantic when the article consists of a series of longer recaps of each sentence before every single one of Button's individual sentences from his statement? I understand that the writer has to contribute something, but all I do most of the time these days is read only the part in quotes. Sorry to dump on you Crash, I do like this site, and I've seen profound insights actually included in articles before. As such, I lament when quality falls.

F1 » Brawn plays down Ferrari visit

I'm not going to jump to any conclusions at this point, but I will say, Kimi, Fernando and Ross Brawn would be a great combination, somewhat akin to the Schumacher-era powerhouse Ferrari had. Kimi has always been lauded by the technical side of the garage, Alonso presumably knows how to push and develop a car, and Brawn, well, his resume speaks for iteself.
