I'm a huge Kimi fan, etc., etc., but I do agree with the comments above. I think somewhere along the way Vettel's dominant run just blinded us to how good he was, actually winning all those races and not just being visible somewhere else -- it was almost too predictable. In fact, we should have been more impressed with each win, due to the decidedly UNpredictable nature of the rest of the field, and his uncanny ability to remain seemingly more motivated than maybe everyone else.

The only major difference he pointed out is that the tires are inadequate for actual racing. Even in the days of the tire war, someone could overcook, flat-spot, grain, or just plain wear out his tires faster, so that point is moot. Like Webber said, just add DRS and KERS, and little beyond that has actually changed.
