WSBK » Sykes: I said Sepang DNF could prove costly…

The way I see it is that in the heat of the (post) race I can understand TS comments......however....... No one wants to see a championship won on 4 races where he's given a position. It would be like Roy Hodgson phoning Didier Deschamps asking if he would field the Under 15s in the World Cup Qualifiers. Congrats to Sylvain...its been a long time coming. Commiserations to Tom, better luck next season.

WSBK » Leon Camier signs for Crescent Suzuki

As has already been mentioned, Camiers' physical size on the tiny 'Priller didnt do him any favours. Plus an Italian team, running an Italian factory bike with a(n eventual) Italian World Champ on board was always going to be challenging. Last time he rode an IL4 was in 2007, so might take a little time getting used to it. Personally I'd rather see Hopper go back to GPs and the 2nd seat to be taken by Loris Baz. Hes been looking for a permenant ride as far as Im aware and only lost his BSB place due to lack of funds

MotoGP » Iconic Norton brand considering MotoGP entry?

NRV588 I suspect will have difficulty keeping to the 21 litres capacity for Fuel Wolfy My thoughts are , dont do it Norton. Dont try to run before you can walk. Look at Aprilia in MotoGp a very expensive excursion Reviews of the latest bikes from Donington have that I've seen have been written with a 'nearly there but not quite' with hints of 'more of a test mule than finished product' lines. I would hate to see this iconic marque go into Gps and fall flat on the **** and spend so much money that it takes the company down again. Just my 2p

BSB » MCE announced as new BSB title sponsor

So Mr Palmer couldn't maintain his Visk Insurance then...more likely not making much money out of it (or lack of traffic through his the site)? Not surprised if they just had a 'click this link and we'll call you back' ...Bennetts didn't do that well out their deal either by all accounts. I always believed this to be a conflict of interest from the start but Hey.....what do I care? Hasn't exactly changed the racing. Can't wait to see the Big Ed mascots wobbling round Paddock Hill on the non existant Harley championship bikes...... Good luck MCE sounds like you'll need it :)

BSB » 'Overlooked' Bridewell out to beat factory replacements.

The way I see it is like this, Tommy (& Ollie) were never on the best machinery, with not a great budget in BSB. After Mallory 2007, its understanable that Tom chose to head away from the British scene. I'm glad to see him back and performing well. He's still young and obviously got talent and at the moment he's showing what he can do....which seems to be working. I'm sure the Ginger fella is egging him on I think for this year he'll be restricted to the NB bike, who knows next year tho, perhaps Watanabe is keeping a seat warm for him :) Big up to Simon Andrews tho. What a performance so far this year!!! I would hope that someone gives Mr Andrews a crack on a decent bike next season.
