Stitcho and breast, I am so pleased that not all F1 fans are so unbelievably brainless!!
Your comments are sensible ones and show real intelligence.
Yes, we all feel for Lewis and Kimi for that matter, as the rain ruined a great race, but back to THE PASS, Lewis has once again shown his rookie side. His desperation to prove himself. He did gain an advantage and should have FULLY given Kimi the lead back. It was obvious that he had the better car underneath him in the wet and would have been able to take the lead cleanly within the next two laps. Rookie error. End of!!

Steve, a man as happy as Felipe was in the post qualifying press conference tells me that a light fuel load is not the case my friend. Hang on to your hopes.

What will be will be. The man who deserves the title the most will be the eventual winner I'm sure. As long as we see a clean race with no stupid moves, I'm sure we will all honour the winner.

Barry......., Senna, Prost and the like may not have done quite so well in their first years of F1, but had they been in one of the best cars on the grid in their first F1 race I think history would have been a little different, don't you? Also, we tend to forget that F1 cars of the 80's were beasts of significant difference. There is no doubt that had Senna or Schumacher been in the best car in their first F1 outing, they would have taken the title as rookies. Disagree as much as you like, that is unquestionable.

Hear what you're saying Daz, but I really can see Honda making a massive step in 2009. It's going to be a huge shake-up with the new regs and Honda can only go upwards. And Gaz, Jenson has still got it. Just needs a bit of a lift with a competitive car and he'll be back to his committed self.

Rich ard you are spot on m8. Alonso, Vettel, Kubica, the latter two having about the same experience as Hamilton, would probably all have sewn the title up by now in a Maclaren or Ferrari. That said, once Lewis irons out his thirst for having to prove himself and in turn making mistakes, he will be such an amazing thing to watch. Trouble is, we'll end up in another Schue era, where we get extremely bored of seeing the same old driver win all the time. Hamilton may be good for the sport now, bringing excitement back, but long term he will ruin it again and we'll all yern for someone to come along and kick his ass! That time will come, there is always someone better.

Spannerben, that's bollox. Ford, Toyota and whoever comes to F1 and fails to make it to the top the top and then leaves the sport, only have themselves to blame, not Ferrari. Maclaren-Mercedes have beaten Ferrari many times, but when they're down, do you hear them threaten to leave F1. If the manufacture teams can't rise to the challenge then F1 is not for them. It's rediculous that Honda and Toyota have been in F1 for so long and still find themselves mid to rear of the field. Is that Ferraris fault? The FIA may or may not be bias toward Ferrari, but they certainly don't have any impact on how well their cars perform.

JD, I know that you speak for us all with your comment. And who give a toss what this poor excuse for a man say or thinks. He is a proven perverted son of a bitch with little time left of his pathetic existance and that is still too long!

Marc, I disagree with you on the issue of which car is the better one. The Ferrari has shown excellent pace at certain venues as has the Maclaren. These two cars are equally as good in their own back yard or should I say where the conditions suit. To say that the Ferrari drivers have had a faster car and yet they have still been beaten is obviously the biased comment of a Hamilton fan. Having said that, I think that had Lewis been driving the Ferrari this year, he would have done a better job than Felipe and Kimi.

Dan, you're so right. That's Kimi!! So, so cool. He really is totally indifferent to F1 tittle tattle. And it isn't that he doesn't like his team mate or that he doesn't get on with his rivals for the crown. He really is just so un-biased, so at ease with himself life in general. Lewis is a bloody great driver, but give him a temperament like Kimi' to go alongside his sublime skill and he would be the total package.
