Phil, people said after some of his overtaking moves (mainly the one on Kimi at Monza)last season that he wouldn't be doing it again this year. Proved all those nay-sayers wrong didn't he?
What's wrong with being aggressive, didn't do a certain Ayrton Senna or Micheal Schumacher any harm, did it? How does that saying go? If you can't stand the heat, stay out of the kitchen, Robert!

So 'Interested',Hamilton is mediocre,is he?That would make the other 19 drivers on the grid even worse, logically, wouldn't it?Like Fernando Alfonso,I'm sorry 'your' driver didn't win. If you can remember what happened to Mansell,he was screwed over by Frank Williams,so felt he had no choice but to accept a better offer from Newman-Haas.Exactly the same thing happened to Damon Hill if my memory serves me right (and it does....). Hamilton has won a quarter of the races he's started, and although,as you say,he's the best prepared driver to ever enter F1,he's repaid McLaren by giving something that even Alonso couldn't. You Hamilton Haters(tm) want to hope that the MP24's a dog or else!!!!

(cont) without the hatred and name calling that you and a couple of others have been using. I think all the people who think Timo 'let' Hamilton past are just clutching at straws. Again it's a shame that Felipe lost in such circumstances, but that's the way the cookie crumbles, I'm afraid. I see rich ard had the good grace to congratulate Hamilton in his first sentence, but has continued posting nothing but anti Hamilton subjecture since. Nice one rich!

OK I've had some time to think of a reply to Fernando Alfonso.Obviously I am very happy that Lewis won the Championship because he was the driver I was supporting. However Felipe drove a great race and was very unlucky not to have won this year.I beleive he'd done enough to deserve the WDC and was genuinely sorry for him to lose it this way. Had Hamilton not passed Glock then Massa would've won the WDC.Like I've been saying about the records showing Lewis as 2008 champ,if Felipe had won,the records would have shown Massa as champion and there was nothing I or anyone else could have done to change that.I would've said it was with the FIA's assistance, yes, but I would've accepted it (cont)

I'm not sorry your man never won because my man did.The reasons I decided to support Hamilton were explained in another earlier post. If the only way you can vent your frustration is having a go at me, fine, but at the end of the day Lewis Hamilton is and always will be 2008 World Driver's Champion. Felipe Massa won't Take off the rose-tinted glasses and you'll see that everything you describe me as describes you down to a tee. Silent Runner, you're so right!!

OK Ferando, here's that sentence in full: 'Hard luck Felipe, you drove like a champion, but you didn't deserve it if you'd have won it with the FIA's assistance. I do however feel genuinely sorry for you.' Lets dissect that: 'Hard luck Felipe, you drove like a champion' - Nothing negative there.... 'but you didn't deserve it if you'd have won it with the FIA's assistance' - There's the part of the sentence you use to say I am back-peddling. I beleive Hamilton should never have been penalised for racing at Spa, or Bordais at Fuji. 'I do however feel genuinely sorry for you.' - What's negative about that?? Glock never moved over for Hamilton any more than he did for Vettel.

No Fernando, you're the sorry loser here.I said I felt sorry for Felipe in my first post,I was positive about him in my last. What I'm doing is doing what YOU'VE done on this site all year and rubbing the noses of the supporters of Lewis when he didn't win.You were like it all year, especially against me.How can I be a loser when my guy won? I've had it with some of the people here and the blindness they show supporting whichever team they do.I said up until the Bordais incident that it didn't bother me who won.I was sick and tired of the support Ferrari seemed to be getting from the FIA and I made my decision to support Lewis. Still all the stupid posts saying McLaren paid Glock!!!!

Look all you Hamilton Haters (tm) (especially YOU Fernando Alfonso), say what you like, the records will show:- 1.Lewis Hamilton------McLaren Mercedes MP23--------------98pts 2.Felipe Massa--------Ferrari F2008----------------------97pts The sooner you get over it, the better. I thought Felipe had done everything to win the Championship and was unlucky to have been so cruelly robbed so close to the crown, but at the end of it all, he finished 2nd, no excuses, and he was so dignified in defeat, just like Lewis was last year. OK, both drivers made mistakes and had some bad luck, but what a fi******

To all these people who say Kubica was the only one to deserve the championship this year, can you please enlighten me as to why? If he deserved it he'd have to score more points than Massa and Hamilton, which at the end of the day (season), he was nowhere near. Shut up already!

Just spotted the comment from Fernando on page one. '@ramjam69, you are one sorry loser' My man didn't lose, did he? Which race were you watching? Shot of the day: Massa's Dad was celebrating Felipe's win with some of the crew and then were told Hamilton finished 5th and Felipe had lost the WDC. The change in their attitudes was absolute class
