F1 » Danica Patrick not ruled out of Haas F1 plans

“Danica Patrick is highly marketable and if anything we're very lucky that GoDaddy is giving us enough time to find a sponsor that she'll fit with, because she can sell anything. She has as much attention at the race track as any of the drivers so she's a very valuable person." Says it all right's all about the money! I would rather see Susie Wolf, Carmen Jorda, or even Simona de Silvestro (even though she's not very good), Shannon McIntosh, Cyndie Alleman...just don't like all the hype around Danica Patrick although she is probably one of the best current female drivers statistics wise.

F1 » Ferrari fans salute Montezemolo

31GP: Well deserved homage being paid to Luca. Just a shame he was not a bit more flexible with Fiat Chrysler .
I fear the "flexibility" Fiat/Chrysler was seeking was the dilution of the Ferrari brand. I suspect there will soon be Ferrari branded Fiat 500's, entry level Ferrari's competing with BMW's, and Mercs and a selling out of the mystique that has always been Ferrari. I don't think Fiat/Chrysler sees Ferrari as anything but a way to sell more cheap Fiats, Jeeps, and Dodges.
Already done otto...look up the Fiat Abarth 695 Tributo Ferrari

F1 » Pirelli sets greater overtaking goal for 2013

Too many times in 2012 we did NOT get to see real racing because of the tires. Drivers were conserving tires instead of racing and other drivers who did try to race their hearts out were practically penalized by having to pit because the tires wore out. So apparently someone likes that kind of racing and so Pirelli are going to change their tires so that we see even more race outcomes dictated by the tires instead of the best car or driver?
