MotoGP » Aluminium swing-arm among Ducati developments

@gpfan Yeah you could be right about that . I won't disagree with you mate. By the way over the years i have learnt to watch Valentino's body language and what he does on a bike to see how he is feeling. And looking at that picture of him pulling that weelie tells me he is starting to have fun again. I might be wrong but we will see. Yes i know some people will say i am talking rubbish but i really feel that he is close to getting on terms with atleast the Yamahas in the dry.Casey and the Honda might take a little more effort.

WSBK » Rea to focus on ‘last five laps’

@tomcol Absolutely right . Totally agree with your recollection of the Donnington race. Absolutely it was Melandri that created that situation . When Jonny made his move Haslam was wide because of the Melandri lunge and as he moved back on line not knowing Jonny was there he got collected. Luckily Jonny stayed on . But that was Haslams race and his own teammate gave it away to another team.

MotoGP » Aluminium swing-arm among Ducati developments

Some people just cannot get away from the "My Dad Your Dad" thing can they . Now to the point of this thread. I think for a long time now Ducati have had the mentality that they know best . Well now at least they are listening to people that really do know best. Nicky Hayden has said the this years bike was the best he has ridden since he has been at Ducati. I think Nicky is a good guide as to how well Rossi is doing as well. And it's looking good for Ducati i think if they produce the equipment.

MotoGP » Stoner to Crutchlow: I still use the old brakes

@topblokepez You mention about the good relationship between Casey Stoner and the British fans. Well were you not at the last Moto GP meeting at Donnington Park. A lot of us there were shocked at the treatment Casey recieved especially during the race. It's the worst treatment from race fans i have ever seen a rider suffer. He actually said when interviewed afterwards that he thought the British fans wanted him dead. And it certainly felt as if he was right.

MotoGP » Ellison makes his point(s) as top CRT

@Timax12 That is a disgraceful comment to be making . How do you even think James was able to get chosen for the ride in the first place. A lot of the top riders get to where they are because along with their talent they also have the backing to match. Didn't you notice one of your so called super talented riders behind him. Incase you don't know who that is its Mr Bautista also where was Depunet . I don't know what people like you base your assesments on but you are way off.

MotoGP » Rossi grabs his chance for best Ducati result

@motomoto Only a few things you forgot . The facts that those other riders you mentioned have an amazing lack of wins in any other conditionn. Compare to Rosssi he has beaten every single rider who has come into Moto GP and won 9 world championships in the process. Also he is the rider most people go to Moto GP to see. Those are facts.

MotoGP » More race misery for 'blind' Ben Spies

Well i seem to remember a certain Mr Toesland been absolutely crucified on this site and quite possibly by the some of the poeple who are trying to make excuses for Spies. It all goes to prove one thing and that is we all need to be a bit less eager to start slating people when they have problems. Ben is in a no win position now with some people because any problem he gets is going to be looked as another failure. We should all be careful of our own words coming back to bite us.
