MotoGP » Rossi puts boot into 'boring' MotoGP

Some of you so called Motorcycle race fans assuming you are old enough should look back to how Motorcycle GP racing was before Rossi came on the scene . I am not saying he single handedly changed the sport but he made it exciting again with his showmanship . Even though he is not running at the front he is still the one the media want to talk to and talk about . Just wait and see how things go next year there will be more excitement round the Yamaha pit area than anywhere else .And it won't be Lorenzo causing it .

WSBK » PICS: Leon Haslam makes first Honda appearance

@PatrickD ! I think you and a lot of other people are going to be shocked next year . Either Haslam or Rea will win the title next season . This year should of been Tom's but it didn't happen . I also think it won't be Jonny Rea with the No1 at the end of the season . I don't know if you read the Motorcycle News but they had a write up of Haslams test and apparently he was lapping faster than the fastest lap in the last race at Assen after just seven laps . The man has come home .

MotoGP » POLL: What should Dorna's red line be?

Why do so many people think that more and more electronics will make people crash less . MotoGP riders are not crashing any less than they use to . It just allows them to have faster crashes. The biggest factor in rider safety is the standard of rider protection . A lot of riders would not of survived the crashes they have now with equipment they had even ten years ago .

MotoGP » Dorna boss talks MotoGP, WSBK

Why are some people so singlemindedly obsessed with Rossi that they have to pin any move the ruling body takes that they don't agree with on him . It just shows how limited their general knowledge of the sport is . I think people should just see what the powers that be come up with and take it from there. A lot of what Expeleta says is right . In the currant climate you are not going to get Private teams been competitive in Moto Gp when you have the two biggest manufacturers always at the front and everyone else looking at minor places . In WSB a well funded team can get hold of a bike from the manufacturer and win races and even the Championship . In Moto GP that is never going to happen . Its not how much horse power a bike puts out that makes good racing . It's how many bikes are able to match each other .

MotoGP » Hayden: Ducati future is exciting

It would of been very cruel for Ducati to dump Hayden . he has made do with the bucking bronco that Casey liked so much even though it wasn't doing him any favours as far as his credentials go . Hopefully he can reap the benefits of the developments and go on to outscore Dovi to keep his place in the team . Great guy always gives his best and i reckon most fans like him as a person .
