F1 » McLaren ‘quite a bit’ behind – Vandoorne

This is "Honda" we are talking about, a company that produce the most awesome engines in the world and the experience they have in F1 from the turbo era, then the v10 and the v8... no one really needs to tell us that they know what they are doing, if they say they can match Mercedes, then they will match it, because the Japanese don't know how to bluff, they say it as it is...

F1 » F1: Mallya slams ‘cheats’ Red Bull

A bit harsh from V.J. but well said... F1 has become all about the money and trying to beat the rules and not get caught... The F1 as a sport is nearly gone. And for all who hate the pay drivers and the teams who run them is just un called for.. Because the reason for this teams to accept this driver is for them to survive and because they really have no choice. Where will the get the money? When no one really wants to sponsor a sport that only 2 driver can really win straight up and the rest just battle for the last podium pos. Try to watch GP2 or Super GT from Japan, those series still show real "racing" and not a procession of 60 odd laps. Even indycar is more exciting nowadays.

MotoGP » Deficit to top 'unacceptable' says Redding

Bazx7r: Under the circumstances, he's on a bike thats got different brakes and suspension and electronics to what he's used to, a crew chief that hasnt touched a Moto GP bike for 5 years and No data what so ever. So im not surprised that he's not up to speed. Given the quality of the team, he will improve. It is after all the first test.
Actually he is om the samw brakes and suspension, and Ohlins and Brembo comb. And in comparisson, Cal dont havr the data either but he is way faster. So really, this Scott might be a little overrated. Cause he is just a little ahead of Aoyama in the points and Hayden is not far who missed a lot of racr. So really, that RCV should be given to Nicky instead.

MotoGP » Rossi: Mistake to leave Yamaha over No.1 status

If what Rossi and Jorge saying is what happens in Yamaha then that is good and Honda should do the same... Honda is well known to only look after their #1 rider in their factory team... I guess they made the wrong bet when they go all out for Dani in 2007 with a tiny bike hoping to win the championship again in 2007 but they should have supported Hayden... What a pity on what they did to Nicky and all other Honda riders except Dani, and clearly they are still doing it right now with Marquez... Look at what is happening to Bautista, only marginally faster than their production bike, and that production bike is the same from the start of the season up to now with no upgrades. Honda should adapt Yamaha's way of running things, look at Vale when he left, they just let him leave.

MotoGP » Rivals, manager, brother talk Laverty MotoGP move

Sattelite Honda are no match to the Sattelite Yamaha's even the Ohlins RC213v that Bradl uses.. The Yamaha are more consistent in Performance.. Marc Marquez is like a Stoner on a Ducati.. He is the only one who can extract the bikes full potential, even Dani is really having a hard time on the 2014 bike... Laverty move is just wanting to be on MotoGP whatever the ride is.. As for Jack Miller, wrong move, he should just move up to moto2. The open Honda would be like this year, a 10th to 15th placer every race.. Then if others crash maybe a 6th to 9th placer.

F1 » Horner: Engine unfreeze important for F1

What if Honda somehow produce an even better engine than Mercedes and Mclaren wins a lot of races, I bet Toto wolf would be joining Horner for engine unfreeze. I agree that the engine should be unfreeze for a certain number of years so that the performance would equalize before any engine freeze would be implemented. Give them maybe 3 yrs then freeze it, that is the best solution

MotoGP » Marquez: I was trying to win Doohan style!

In Dani and Dovi defense... the Honda needs to be ridden hard and that is what Marc does... Dani could not do it cause he is small and light and Dovi is naturally smooth.. I believe what most people refers to the Honda being good is that when you ride it hard it allows you to win without crashing and forgives you for some mistakes.. Unlike a Ducati will flip you if you ride it hard. So the right statement should be... Marc is on a bike that allows him to ride like that without crashing.. And i agree that the Honda is not that good anymore, look at Dani, Stefan and Alvaro.. They are nowhere.

MotoGP » Crutchlow credits riding style change for Ducati upturn

This is good cause when he switch to Honda it will be a less of a changr than from Yamaha to Ducati. Watching in the Tv its clear the Honda needs to be ridden hard, that is why Marquez is always winning, cause he rides so hard and over the limit sometimes and that is why Dani is nowhere, and not becausr he is not riding hard enough buy because he really doesnt have the body to do it, his legs and arms are to short unlike Marc, and maybe that is also the reason why Jorge wont switch to Honda cause only a Yamaha would allow him to ride that smooth. So watch out for Cal on a Honda, he would be something.
