F1 » Alonso laments ‘fragile’ McLaren as Q3 wait continues

It has to get ugly before its going to be good... This track highlighted the car with a good chassis and aero.. That is why redbull got better and also Mclaren even with those cars being underpowered.. Honda is not a manufacturer that dont know what they are doing... Just look at their racing effort is almost all discipline... They know what their doing they just cant get there fast enough... And for Honda's critics, what about Renault who is still nowhere and blowing up almost every weekend and Ferrari is just false hope in Challenging the Merc, those two manufacturer had a one year more experience than Honda and even more in development years before 2014...

F1 » Hamilton hoping for McLaren return

AlonsoFann : How would he feel and would he have done if he had stayed at Mclaren, Could he handled it like Button?
No, he will resolve to twitter war and will posts data from Honda and Mclaren to show that he is not the problem... Typical Lewis, thinking he is a driving god which clearly he isn't and Mercedes in the reason why he is a WC not himself.

F1 » Alonso: I lost motivation at Ferrari

I will have to agree with Alonso, he is just stating the facts, do you see Ferrari's dominating? a lucky win but still 3rd in WC... so may Ferrari has gone better, but not enough to fight the Mercs... in Mclaren, they are in the worst position now, but the car is not yet sorted, the engine is still not reliable and I believe they are not running at 100% yet... so if Mclaren is already running 100% and they are still nowhere, then Alonso made a mistake, but until then his decision cannot be judge if its the right or wrong thing to do.

F1 » McLaren feeling pinch as it mounts pressure on Honda

It's a shame that Honda's name is being dragged down, Yes, they lack performance and Reliability but Mclaren's chassis and aero is not top class either... Honda maybe down on power but on the straight and acceleration, they are not too far from Renault, so if their only problem is the PU, they should be reaching Q2 regularly.. Honda is not too bad specially finishing a mixed condition race, and the sound is way better than in Australia, it means that they are handling the fueling better. It seems that the chassis and aero is also at fault, and let's not forget, Mclaren in 2014 was outclassed by Williams with the same customer engine is a far less budget... I feel for Honda more than Mclaren but they really need to stick together to fix the problem unlike RBR-Renault's media war.

MotoGP » Marquez: Five points won’t change my life

What a spoiled brat, after his own reputation of not caring for other riders if they would make the corner after his pass... He is just so pissed of that an old man of MotoGP is outsmarting him specially in Argentina and now in Assen... Rossi's move in Assen is not deliberate, Marquez is an all or nothing guy and he is about to Torpedo Rossi... The evidence is he himself end up outside of the track in the last corner in Assen, so if Rossi didn't cut the corner then he would end crashing.

MotoGP » Espargaro: Looks like anything goes on last corner...

vkoptchev: It is clearly visible from the video footage that Rossi was not always ahead, as he claims. Mark reached the apex side by side with him, and was able to stop sufficiently to take the corner. Rossi was carrying more speed at the apex, brushed by Marquez and went on rallying.
Are you sure you are watching last Saturday's race? or just making things up.. Marc was NEVER ahead, even race direction made that clear... So I guess you are better than race direction who has all the data, video footage other than the broadcast one...

MotoGP » PICS: Rossi, Marquez final turn Assen showdown

It's clear on the picture and video footage that without Rossi there, Marquez will overshoot the corner because even with the contact, he still ended up with both wheels off the track... So I don't understand the reason behind Marquez thinking he won... He is the most aggressive rider currently and he is also the luckiest who don't pick up penalty... Remember when he hit Alvaro's Aprilia in Qatar that made the brake line loose, the move was so aggressive that ended Alvaro's race in the first lap... This move is similar, only Rossi came out on top...
