I'm a big time supporter of KR.
And as strange at it may seem, is so-called lazyness and selfishness is a point i like in him.
KR is nobodys puppet, and he know as we all know that he can be as fast as the devil if the team give him the right machinery.
When things goes badly, i don't think he don't care, he just realise that nobody will die from this and, while working to find solution, that there is no need to panic.
And he learned something from his time at Mclaren: When the car his breaking and things are going bad, f.ck it off and go party!!! :)

My my my... It was clearly racing incident, no blame on my part on either actor. But i'm surprised of the fact that nobody really underlined the true raeson for it to happen: Vettel quite nearly lost the rear while entering the corner. After that, whatever he would try would only led to disaster, he had no choice but to let the car settle before trying something but by then, it was too late. Yet, Kubica was a little bit optimistic. So, a driver make a mistake, another is a bit optimistic at the same time, boom!!! It is racing in my mind...

Even if i don't like the new system, i can't see the "not winning driver" retiring in hope of a win next race. While the driver championship is what drive US fan in front of our TV every other week, i do think that for the team, the constructor championship do have at the very least the same value as the driver, if not some more. Some team may even be much happier to win the constructors rather than the the driver. So, they won't let the driver retire in search of personal glory since it would be much too costly in term of seeking the constructor title, or team overall position. What we may see is a clear shift in the importance the team put in each championship, in favor of constructors.

A different team topping the timesheet once again. I not making myself any illusion, but it would be great to see a real great number of team could hope for races wins. With the limited testing, this season should not be a matter of who have the biggest bank account, but a matter of who use his time and ressources in the most efficient ways. If it really happen, might give a good chance for privateer team to, perhaps not seek championship glory, but at least challange for podium and race wins on a regular basis. Imagine a season where team like Williams or Redbull are really able to mix it with the manufacturer backed team... Well, i'm day dreaming am i?

@ stamper: It do look like different browser get differnets result. I've visualized the page with Internet explorer and it look exactly like you say. With firefox, it looks totally different, much, much better. Hope they'll fix that, cause i habitually use IE. As far as the site change goes, i will keep my comment to latter, since they will try to accomodate as many user as they can, and so changes are far from finished in my mind. But as a pure F1 fan, so far so good.

Why haven't they complained before that point... Looks to my like the big two clearly see that the competition may have the upper hand on KERS devellopment so now they use the cost of develloping it to prevent loosing the advantage they historically had... Anyway, the rule state that they are not required to have it, so if their so-called engineer can't do it, that is their problems.

LOL!!! This result was ridiculously predictible. Come on, i'm of those who are simply not certain that the penalty was deserved, but to call that the best move of the year is pushing it a little bit. I personally thibk that "showwise" Heidfeld moves where great, but they hapenned in the midpack so they were not as exciting as they could had been had they be for the few first places, not to say the lead...
