I'm a big time supporter of KR.
And as strange at it may seem, is so-called lazyness and selfishness is a point i like in him.
KR is nobodys puppet, and he know as we all know that he can be as fast as the devil if the team give him the right machinery.
When things goes badly, i don't think he don't care, he just realise that nobody will die from this and, while working to find solution, that there is no need to panic.
And he learned something from his time at Mclaren: When the car his breaking and things are going bad, f.ck it off and go party!!!

Alonso: Renault now F1's third-best team.
Yah, third in the standing thanks to a very good season by Kubica. But it was evident today that the combination Alonso/Renault was stronger than the combination Kubica/BMW,but hell both of them were stronger than Raikonnen/Ferrari. Might be a little bit early to call Renault THE third best team, but since Renault is on the rise since mid-season and BMW is on the downslide, i rekon the in a few races (well, two at most
) we may well see that Renault had really got stronger than BMW.

Raikkonen: McLaren hit maybe cost me Fuji win.
2 agree.
I do agree with you on the last sentence Mikeme. Kubica is a good proof of that, he is still in the mix for WDC with only a single victory to his name. If he manage to pull it out, would it had ever been seen a world champion with only one victory to his name in his entire career?

Massa 'amazing' at Fuji, Hamilton tap 'fair'.
3 agree.
IMO, Massa deserved the one for the incident with Hamilton, if only for cuting into the corner and ending up somewhat out of control and into another car. He (Massa) also deseved the penalty Bourdais got for the "out of pit" incident. Oh, and he also deseved one for the incident with Webber i think. Not sure on this one, but is there not a rule prohibiting the crossing of this "barred" zone at pit lane exit? And Hamilton did not really deserved one for the incident at turn one. Launch 20 car into the same conrner and some paint scratchnig is bound to occur now and then, that's racing after all. So after all, not all penalty given were deserved, and not all deserved penalty were given...

Alonso stuns F1 at Fuji as Renault win again.
As many, i don't like Alonso personality, but HO MY GOD what a driver. Always affirmed this, always will. And everybody telling that last win in singapore was lucky, it is true, but it was luck to compensate qualifying very bad luck. I think we would be misguided not to think about the fact thet he may win again, once or twice...

Kubica: 'Everything possible' in F1 title fight.
1 disagrees.
Can't realistically think this will happen, but stranger thing had happenned in the past afater all. 12 points down, if the two other big guns don't see the finish line (or fail to score points), a second and a third place would suffice after all (or a win and sixth or better). But that is quite a big "if" indeed...

Bourdais: Should I roll out the red carpet?
2 agree.
1 disagrees.
Won't say much about the penalty, nobody with a sane mind can defend that for sure. Just want to say that i really hope that STR would look at the real race result and not the FIArranged one. Todays performance by Bourdais was in the same class as Vettel's or Kubica's. Now that he start to adapt to the car, he do start to show what he is made of. Many people hint at him being at Renault next year, does this have any substance? If not, than another go at STR would still be great.

'Hard' decision both saves and stymies Heidfeld.
There was a time where i strongly disliked Dr.Theissen for having been the one to dump Villeneuve. But now that i can see him in a more impartial way, i really like how that guy don''t really seem to bull**** too much. His explanation of how things ended up going so bad in Q2 for both drivers is logical and fully undersatnadable. More so, he admit fairly that the team had been responsible. True to say that Heidfeld have not be that good this year, but this particular situation was not is own fault.

Mosley: Hamilton success 'excellent' for F1.
4 disagree.
To Mucking fuddle: I see the harshest penalty against Massa in Singapore as some kind of "we warned you once and you did it again" penalty. Is'nt that simply normal that a second infraction is penalised more than the first one? That's the way it works in the real world anyway...

'Only government can revive Canadian GP'.
2 agree.
I really want us to keep our GP, but not if we have to inject public money in it. We already have difficulties founding the free education and health systems here in Quebec, i can't see how the gov. can justifies this kind of money going into a sport. But if they really want is races in desert, we have a beautifull one in the north here. Well, ok it is snow desert, but desert nevertheless.

Canada loses Formula One slot.
2 agree.
2 disagree.
A very sad day to me indeed, as a Quebecer i'm totally angry about it. And why did they drop our race without warning??? Every other venues that was on the verge of being excluded was always given warning of it in advance. Well, it is only a provisional thing, and by what i heard in the local news today, the city of Montreal and the gvt of Quebec will try and do the impossible to save the race. But at what cost... As for this generalisation about "american", that do prove that the poster know close to nothing of america. Canadian are very different from people from the usa. Hell, even within Canada, you got us, the Quebecer, who are zillion light years away from "other" Canadian.
