I'm a big time supporter of KR.
And as strange at it may seem, is so-called lazyness and selfishness is a point i like in him.
KR is nobodys puppet, and he know as we all know that he can be as fast as the devil if the team give him the right machinery.
When things goes badly, i don't think he don't care, he just realise that nobody will die from this and, while working to find solution, that there is no need to panic.
And he learned something from his time at Mclaren: When the car his breaking and things are going bad, f.ck it off and go party!!! :)

I don't think it is a bad decision. As far as their development skills are in question, i doubt that BMW would be where they are now if both guy was totally helpless at devellopment... But if a had to take that decision, i am far from sure i would have opted to keep Heidfeld. Good racer but so far never been totally amazed by him. Havihng said that though, i do think that is season is somewhat akin to Raikonnen's, plagued by problem with one lap speed, but up to the pace when it is too late in the race.

I agree on some point and disagree on other. I do think that the probllems with Kimi this year is somewhat similar to Heidfeld's. As soon as is tyre are up to the task, he is very very fast, but with the problem his car have bringing the tyre up the optimal temperatures, when he start to be real fast, it is already too late and he must save what is saveable. Wich mean driving to the limit all the time and thus crashing in the wall much more often than what we are used to from him.

Do they broadcast on the internet? I'm from Quebec, and our commentary are quite good indeed, but to have DC commenting would really please me. An no advert, you are really a lucky bunch on your side of the pond.

Yes it do Jon748. In the sentence: "FIA will never, ever penalise Ferrari..." The thing will most probably be baned. But, and here i really ask the question, have other teams ever been penalised for raising the lollipop too quickly? If it is the case, then i think they deserved it indeed. On the otehr hand, if it is not, then the light system must have been allowed by the FIA. The use of the thing, as flawed as it seem to be, don't warrant a penalty in itself. But if there is penalty in the book for risking mecanics safety in a botched pit release, then they deserve it. And i'm not talking about releasing the car in the way of another, cause they do have been penalised for that one.

In my opinion, Lewis should settle for the points if he want that champonship, and he really do seem to. But it is possible for a driver to priorise wins over the championship. I once heard an old interviews of somebody known as G.Villeneuve who explicitly said so. He said that he came to each GP to win the race and no less, and that the idea of settling for points was unbearable. My father knew him personally, and by what Gille said, victory was what mattered, and if seeking it costed him overall titles, than so be it. Every man his own attitude i guess. If winning every time at all cost is what you like, than go for it or crash, if you want the titles, than drive with care and patience

Sad but true... Hope Williams will get a good car next year. Perhaps not a championship winnig machine, but at least respectable would be really great.

Impressive drive from Fernando today. Best moment in the GP, after the drivers weighting (is that the right word? i'm not english...) if you gave enough attention to what was said, you could hear an official asking Flavio to make it quick. And Flavio simply answered: -We have been waiting that for 6 months... And his eyes where adding: -So stuff it up we will revel in the victory for as long as we want!!! :)

Really good drive from Nico, who i like quite a lot. He do seem to be quite the intelligent fellow and his commentary are always intelligible and spot on. Too bad that he had to pit under closed pit lane. But on this point, rules are the same for everybody, sometime you prosper with them, sometimes you suffers from them, that's life folks... No matter what the rule may be, in a safety car situation, some people will always benefit and some other suffer.

I don't really understand the fact that people don't understant the penalty to Massa for unsafe pit release. Quite simple in fact, first time off they got away with a warning and a fine, second time around they got penalised. Like in real life no? If you commit some small larceny you got away with a small punishment, and every time you do it again punishment got worst... It was a good race, not too many overtaking, but i believe it was a good race when judged by some other circuit standard.
