jlr: WHO IS TELEMAX??? DO YOU MEAN TELMEX? FOR A COMPANY LIKE CARSO WHO OWN TELMEX CLARO ETC .....
WHO IS CARSO??? DO YOU MEAN CARLOS? :D
Grupo Carso is a hughe group of services, construction and infrastructure enterprises owned by Carlos Slim. Telmex itself is a separate telephone and internet company also owned by Slim but not part of Carso, I believe for legal reasons. Separately, America Movil, cell phone company, is as big as Telmex, and also Slim owned. There is a number of foundations for education, sports, culture and people aid on Slim's name. Carlos Slim Jr runs Telmex and the car racing support for F1 and a number of other categories in Mexico, US and others. Basically all mexican drivers around the world are somehow supported by Scuderia Telmex. Hope that helps
