"A 12 place gap between team mates is very hard to explain"
No it isnt, "a collision followed by riding through the gravel". There we go, explained!
Get off JT's back, hes come of the back of 2 massive high sides which wud probably have had most people on here in hospital for weeks on morphine.
As for CE's result, its a good one, i'll admit that, i'm a fan of Colin's but unfortunatly race 1 is always gd for colin as is pre season, its the rest of the season where his results get worse and worse.

Qatar MotoGP to be re-run on Monday.

They should be re-running the 125's aswell, 4 laps was a joke.

Hayden brings up century on Ducati debut
15 agree.
2 disagree.
WOW, everyone loves laying into Hayden on here don't they. Do all remeber that Casey only has 1 champoinship. Nicky won the championship because he was the best that year. Stoners first championship wasnt exactly a super fortunate year for valentino so the "won due to misfortune of others" can be applied to both. Lay off the guy, it can't be easy being the team mate of apparently the only guy who can make a desmo go quick. He's taken a bold step, i wish him luck.

The photo attached to this article is very poor. Congratulation to Aston Martin on the win. The car does look nice, when you can see it...

GSE takes wraps off new Yamaha
1 agrees.
I agree with the testing points, rob mac's had his yamaha's out on track, wsbk team has done 2 races, surely a team like GSE could roll a bike out, even if its 80% finished, so their riders, one whos ridden a twin for the last 12 months and one whos ridden a traditional firing 4, so they can adjust to the bike.

Hmm, this doesn't look as iconic as the Ducati's did imo. The 7 on the side looks like a complete afterthought, almost a photoshop job. Not as good as i expected from GSE tbh, each to their own i guess.

Stoner crowns perfect pre-season at Jerez.

Still not seen any lengthy runs from Casey, he's not been running the race simulations like most other riders, i just hope he can put more than 5 laps together at Qatar.

James Toseland suffers huge crash at Jerez
4 agree.
1 disagrees.
Ok, the bike may have suited James' style but you dont win 2 WORLD sbk championship on two completly different bikes without natural talent, if so Troy Corser also falls into that catagory. MotoGP may not suit James and that may well be the case (i personally believe he can hack it) but this doesn't mean he's talent less does it???

Not great News for JT. It is a shame. Lorenzo did the same thing last year and came off a lot worse. James is a quick rider, to win WSBK on an uncompetative Honda package is no easy task, he is the only recent Honda WSBK champion. Vermulen didnt do it, checa, kiyo, sofu havent done it. I think this will make him stronger, part of understanding how hard you can push is finding the limit. Unfortunatly, in this case, it hurts. I still tip him for some good rides and as for beating CE, shouldn't be too hard, he's been a MotoGP rider for how long and still hasn't won a race? He's always very good pre-season and usually first few races, then seems to get bored and drops back down the order.

MotoGP rookies banned from factory teams.
1 agrees.
I think this is a good idea, it has its bad side, but mainly its positive. The big name rookies such as Lorenzo, Simoncelli and Spies are all great targets for sponsors, this will bring good sponsor packages to the lower teams. Don't think spies will be worried, his route is probably via Tech 3 anyway (Jorge and Rossi aren't gonna be removed from fiat) and he'll probably get a factory bike, much like Elias has this year.

Rizla Suzuki rolls out 2009 MotoGP livery.
I can see the designers worked non-stop to produce a new, stylish colour scheme that would re invent the teams colours, NICE ONE!
