10 disagree.
It was a real Race. Just ignore the Spoilt Brat. He is not happy when he comes in 2nd. He is not Happy when he comes in 3rd. He is not Happy when he comes in 4th. Practically the team had to push him to continue when he was coming in 16th. He wants to be first all of the time. Otherwise he wants his Soccer ball back and go home so that no one else can play if they dont let him score.

'Dream pass' hands Rossi last gasp Catalunya glory
7 agree.
1 disagrees.
But Lorenzo wasn't just moving air when he said 'Wait til the next race'. He is a massive threat and very close now to Rossi's expertise. Posted by Hedgeholer Thats was the same reaction last year at Laguna Seca when someone said " You call that racing" went on only to drop the bike in the next two races and it was over. Looking at the last few laps Rossi was fishing with Lorenzo. Seems he was studying how Lorenzo was trying to cut him back immediately after the overtake and JL had the outer line exiting faster and VR used it and cut back on the inside deeper. And lessons learnt. Not. Every track every situation changes. He with the most experience thinks the fastest on the feet. Go Rossi

Dovizioso misses out - again!
Dovisioso had an easier job to do than Rossi. He missed out on a golden opportunity to be on the same podium with the other two great riders . I guess Stoner was just not going to let the Championship get away. He held his ground very well even though he was sick. I guess he needs to see The Doctor. In the Race we could see that Rossi was willing to Bin it at the last lap. Dovi should have done the same thing. Not like he has the Championship to risk. He caught up from 1.7 seconds down.

Tyre 'mistake' ends Rossi's Mugello dream.
2 agree.
Lets not waste time in who is the GOAT. It was already done by BBC last year www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A37848577 Read the comments by posters from different eras as they seem to be valid. But the vote went almost 80% to Vale and the rest of the 20% between the old favorites and Mick Doohan. But to each his own and the comments were very enlightening. Not much abuse like in the Crash.net forum. Haahaha that includes me a regular abuse contributor. Rossi has more wins with his 6 titles to Ago's 8 titles and 65 wins. Agos statistics will not move but Rossi is clawing back inch by inch. Ago had the best bike. Rossi move from the best bike to a mediocre bike was a challenge.

PICTURE: Valentino Rossi's Mugello helmet.
8 agree.

Thats because a lot of doctors in Italy were named Rossi. So he just kept it like that. And he will be performing a Open Heart surgery this afternoon on a Spanish rider and an Australian Rider. Free of Charge

Troy Bayliss to test Ducati GP9.
Ducati when testing , qualifying or Free practice are able to open up their fuel injection and max it up. That way CS is able to get pole and stomp away at the race. The race itself gets difficult as there is limited fuel and fuel mapping decides the race. In shorter races where there will be more corners they might end up losing and tracks with longer straights favor them more. Troy Bayless coming into the picture would be a wake up call for Haydone. Its clear Oh Nicky your so fine is not so fine really. And the other fact being Casey can ride the Ducati but is not able to develop it. Its also recruiting time for next year and besides CS Ducati seems to be having trouble with bikes.

Rossi needs Le Mans for Mugello 100th.
5 agree.
5 disagree.
Doohan only won Championships after Wayne Rainey stepped down. He won no Championships when racing with Rainey. Enough said. Would he have won if Rainey was still able to . I doubt it. In the year Wayne Rainey was taken down Rainey still finished the Championship ahead of Doohan. Kevin Schwantz on a Cra ppy Suzuki went on to win after Rainey. With no first grade riders around and the Honda NSR sure why not. I would still say Doohan is a great rider but watching Grand Prix was no longer fun. There was a lull period and it only started to Spice up when Biaggi was winning multiple 250cc WC and The Young Doctor Mr. Valentino Rossi was entering 125cc and Doohan was exiting

Head-scratching for Hayden and Ducati.
4 agree.
1 disagrees.
RawDawg You are not going to see "Your Boy" on the top steps of the podium. Or Pop a Champagne . Not This year. Win another race . Not in my life time. Stumble on the podium if he lost his way. This year will finally open the eyes of the blind. Oh Nicky Hayden works so hard without complaining and without any excuses. Well This Topic clearly has him coming up with all kinds of excuses plus to add insult to injury he doesn't even know what set up is. I have read so many times in this blog that NH can't develop a cold let alone abike. Proofs it. Ducati maust be glad with his performance. They must be glad they signed him for a year too long. Would love to see his face in LS and Indy.LLL

Head-scratching for Hayden and Ducati.

RawDawg The 2007 champion had 11 wins to become World Champion. As a matter of fact he had 6 wins in 2008. Shows how good he is. As a matter of fact in 3 races in 2009 he has 1 win. The 2005 Champion had 11 wins to become World Champion. As a matter of fact he had 5 wins in 2006. In 3 races in 2009 he has a win to his name. I agree with you that its consistency that wins a Championship. But if consistency is the name of the game "Your Boy" has been consistently not winning races for the last few years since he won the Championship. Rossi didn't win the first 2 races this year came in consistently 2nd and you could see he was getting furious on the podiums. Thats where the Fire is. To win.

James Toseland seeks end to Edwards feud.
Colin Edwards should accept James Toselands apology and let it rest. Also the Yamaha bosses should step in and put out the fire. With DP and JL it was different manufacturers but TECH 3 should duct tape CE and JT mouths. The mechanics in the paddocks must be enjoying the Soap. With a few races in the year they will drop back to their respective places and only the A Group riders will show any interest. Rossi, Lorenzo, Stoner

James Toseland seeks end to Edwards feud.
Now if we get the mechanics involved we'll have an episode that will rank higher than "The Desperate Housewifes strting on April 12. This whole episode has made Guy Coulon look bad as he can't setup JT bike. It was British fans fault putting all their eggs on JT's shoulder. He crashed it. Underperformed. Even in his home ground when they were complaining that he doesn't know the other tracks. Frankly JT & CE should learn something from Lorenzo. The spanish fans were backing him and DP for the championship but someone made them shake hands on the podium. Alas if we can get these two on the podium which is never gonna happen. Fcuk this fued and let the races begin. see who who's better.
