I am a fan of Alonso, ok now will all the men on this site state where they stand. I am just 3 years into F1 and I love the way Alonso win his 2 wdc in the Michael Schumacher era. Champion comes and champion goes, and you know what, I wish Alonso had won last year with Mclaren, because he does not have a winning car now.

Well said pagoda, hamilton came to Mclaren at the right time as oppose to Kimi when he was at Mclaren. Alonso left Renault at the right but unfortunately had to go back at the wrong time.

I wish Alonso could have stayed at Mclaren and win another WDC. He might not have a chance for the rest of this year, but who knows there might be some miracles or a next year move to ferari

You all can talk about Alonso, but Alonso is still the best he has showed much maturity and professionalism in his attitude in this season. The best thing he has done now is to say goodbye to Maclaren. I am still a big fan of Alonso, when you are a fan, you stay true.
